We are extremely grateful to the team at Church Pharmacy who in July 2017, kindly donated £1,500 to help ensure the most vulnerable local people are provided with the essential items they need to achieve a decent standard of living.
At the time Sue McEniff, Charity Link’s Director of Marketing and Fundraising, was delighted to meet with Anna Jahimovica, Project Manager from Church Pharmacy to receive the donation, which, thanks to the unique way in which Charity Link works, will help to provide £7,500 worth of essential items to vulnerable local people:
“We are proud to have been able to support Leicester’s Charity Link. Charity link is an amazing charity that offer vital support to local people in need, helping to ensure that all local people have a decent standard of living and are able to fulfill their potential in life – no matter what crisis or difficulty they are experiencing. The staff are friendly, welcoming and their work helps to change lives.” Church Pharmacy Directors
The donation was part of the ‘Church Pharmacy Cares’ initiative to help support the local community.
Church Pharmacy very kindly donated a further £3,000 in January 2018 in support of our Poverty Action Week Sleepover. Anna herself bravely took part in the challenge!
