#GivingTuesdayNow is a global day of giving and unity which is an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19.
The Day is an opportunity for people around the world to stand together with the idea that people share a message of gratitude on social media to show appreciation for all the people who have supported you and others through this difficult time, including NHS workers, delivery drivers, bin collectors, public transport workers, care workers, post men & women, emergency services, community volunteers, neighbours, and of course charities!
The idea is that generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in the lives of others. People can show their generosity in a variety of ways during #GivingTuesdayNow, whether it’s helping a neighbour, advocating for an issue, or sharing a skill. And if you are in a position to make financial donation to Charity Link for our ‘Meeting the Need’ campaign, that would be fantastic and very much appreciated.
