Needing support?

If you are in financial hardship and need support, there are a number of professionals and organisations out in the community who may be able to make an application for support to us on your behalf.

Professionals who may be able to help and who you may wish to highlight our service to include:

  • Tenancy support workers
  • Key workers
  • Those at a charity, refuge or hostel you are in contact with
  • Staff / volunteers at a food bank
  • Staff at your local Citizens Advice

This way of working speeds up our service and makes us more efficient - helping us to get support to those who need it, when they need it.

We help by providing essential items including food, clothing, beds, cookers, fridges, help with utilities etc. to people in financial need across Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire.

If you are unable to ask someone to help, such as those mentioned above, please contact our friendly team on 0116 222 2200 and they will advise you further.
