Charity Link CEO has been shortlisted for the Inspiring Leader of the Year Award!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our CEO, Sue, has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Inspiring Leader of the Year Award at the VAL Awards 2026!

Our staff and trustees already know that we are very lucky to have Sue at the front of our organisation – leading with dedication, empathy, compassion and positivity, but it is a huge recognition for Sue to be a finalist for this award.

Sue is the first female leader of the charity in its 150-year history and is inspiring on so many levels. Coming from a background of hardship, she is passionate about helping people in need and ensuring Charity Link remains at the forefront of welfare provision locally.
