Christmas concert in aid of Charity Link

Join the Rotary Club of Leicester for a fundraising concert at St. Mary Magdalen Church, Church Lane, Knighton on Wednesday 12th December.

The church, which can trace its history back to 1097 (although the earliest part of the building, the tower, is from the 13th century), will provide a magical setting for the evening which will feature the Leicester South Salvation Army Band who will be playing a full programme of Christmas music and carols by candlelight.

Suitable for young and old, tickets are £8.00, and will include mince pies and mulled wine. Proceeds from the event will kindly be donated to Charity Link (current Rotary Club President, Colin Derrick, has pledged to raise £20,000 for Charity Link during his year in office).

The event starts at 7.30pm and will be a wonderful lead in to Christmas, whilst also helping to support local people in hardship and crisis.

Tickets are available now in our online shop at www.charity-link.org/shop
