National Forest Trek
September 9, 2022
If, at 16 miles, our annual Leicestershire 3 Peaks route isn’t enough of a challenge for you this year (or you have completed it before and want to try something different), why not take part in the National Forest Trek to raise funds instead?
The Trek runs from 9th – 11th September and you can choose from one, two or three-day walks ranging from 20-75 miles.
Day 1 starts at Beacon Hill in Leicestershire and ends in Ashby-de-la-Zouch and day 3 finishes at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire. For those wanting to do something extra special, why not take on the 75 mile Trek before completing our Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge the following weekend?!
We’ve teamed up with the organisers to offer anyone joining ‘Team Charity Link’ 20% off your entry, which includes free camping, parking and transfers and meals and snacks throughout. The route is signed with medical and marshall support. Find out more about the Trek and entry options at www.nationalforesttrek.co.uk
If you fancy joining Team Charity Link, contact Rachel Markham (Rachel.email@example.com ) for your reduced entry fee code, further information and fundraising targets which could gain you free entry!
