Can we help support you and your clients?
Each year we help over 4,500 vulnerable people and children. We are able to do this by working with more than 250 agencies and charities in the community to support people in need across Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire.
We provide essential items, such as clothing, beds, furniture, medical and mobility equipment and, in emergencies, assistance with food and utilities to those in need. Where there is a crisis or immediate need, for example in cases of domestic violence or those facing homelessness, we are able to act quickly.
Our referral partners make applications on behalf of their clients (rather than clients self-referring). For extra support making an application, see our 'Resources for our partners' section.

Talks, awareness stands and promotional opportunities
We'd love to hear from you if you may be interested in inviting a member of our Casework team in to talk to staff / volunteers about our work and how we may be able to support you and your clients.
