Luscious ladies raise £265 for Leicester Charity Link

35 ladies joined Charity Link on a glorious sunny evening at The Almanack on June 6th for some bubbles, nibbles, chatter and pampering.

Mary Kay Cosmetic consultants, including Barbara Von Ow Hulme, were on hand for pampering with hand treatments, mini eye makeovers, flawless skin foundation matching and the chance to find out your kiss personality at the lipstick bar!

Vicky Smith Personal Stylist offered advice on this season’s must-have fashions and there was also the opportunity to purchase stunning jewellery from Samantha Houghton of Iridescence.

Pink bubbles and nibbles were on hand to keep our luscious ladies fed and watered.

Susan McEniff, director of marketing and fundraising at Leicester Charity Link, said: “It was lovely to see so many ladies enjoying our Ladies’ Evening and a marvellous £265 was raised. As we can convert every £10 donated into £50 by accessing charitable funds for individuals in need, our ladies actually raised a fabulous £1,325 all of which will go to support the most vulnerable in our community. I would like to thank all our ladies, Barbara Von Ow Hulme, Vicky Smith and Samantha Houghton for ensuring the success of our evening”
