Discovery Property Development (DPD-GROUP) is a property business specialising in the acquisition and repositioning of residential and commercial property, with a particular focus on freehold blocks of flats and title splitting. We work primarily with retiring landlords who are looking to sell up, helping them exit their portfolios fairly while protecting the tenants who live in them.
