Poverty Action Week is here!
It’s Poverty Action Week!
Charity Link’s ‘week’ aims to raise awareness of the issue of local poverty, highlight Charity Link’s work, and raise funds to enable us to help more vulnerable people in the future.
The week has already been featured on BBC Radio Leicester and BBC Radio Northamptonshire, and in newspapers including the Leicester Mercury and Northamptonshire Evening Telegraph.
Friday 30th January is our first ever ‘Wear a Funky Scarf Day’. Please show your support for local vulnerable individuals and families by donning a scarf (the funkier the better) for the day and donating an amount of your choice (or organise your own fun fundraising activities).
Help us to make Wear a Funky Scarf Day a success by getting involved and telling others you know about it too.
Click on the Poverty Action Week tab above for full information.
Your support would be much appreciated.
