Ever since Charity Link was founded 140 years ago, we’ve worked in partnership with other local charitable organisations to co-ordinate relief for people in need.

Our Trust and Grant Administration services are founded on this significant expertise and enable us to support other local charities that may not have enough time or capacity to manage their charity, give out grants or achieve their objects in the way they would like.

We can make life easier by providing knowledgeable and tailored support for your charity’s administration, accounting, grant-making and other requirements – whatever you need.  Let our expert team lend a hand – we’ve been doing it for over 140 years!

Clerkship – We can help co-ordinate and clerk your meetings, keep financial records and prepare your annual accounts.

Grant Administration – We can receive and assess grant applications and administer grants on your behalf.

Charity Management – If your Trustees are finding it difficult to continue managing your charity, then we can help.

We can also provide a grants administration service for individual and corporate donors who wish to donate a one-off or annual fund to support local people in need.  You set the criteria; we’ll allocate the funds to suitable beneficiaries on your behalf.
