Alderman Newton’s Educational Foundation

The Foundation makes grants to individuals and schools for a wide range of educational activities

Individuals – The Foundation provides grants for education and training activities to persons in need of financial assistance, who are under the age of 25 years and who are normally resident in the Diocese of Leicester.

Schools – The Foundation provides grants to any maintained Church of England or other maintained schools within the City of Leicester, or any other Church of England School in the Diocese of Leicester.  Grants can be awarded for projects of any kind that would not normally be part of state education provision.
