We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our organisation at an exciting time. If you are a dynamic individual with strong organisational, leadership and strategic planning skills, then we want to hear from you!

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Leicester/hybrid

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours – hybrid working after 6 month successful probationary period

Salary: £37,775 pro rata (£22,971 actual)

Contract: Permanent

Benefits: Flexible working including partial remote working (after successful completion of the probationary/training period), competitive salary, 32 days’ annual leave (pro rata for part time roles) including Bank Holidays, pension scheme, car parking in Leicester City Centre

Interview Date: Week commencing 26th February

The Role

As Operations Manager, your primary objectives are to support the strategic aims of the organisation and the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team. You will ensure alignment of operations with the charity’s mission, vision, and values and the effective smooth running of the charity.

You will also be responsible for meeting targets agreed by the Board of Trustees and deputising for the Chief Executive Officer in their absence.

  • Co-ordination with Trading Activities

About You

As Operations Manager, you will have proven experience in operations management within the not-for-profit sector, along with excellent strategic, organisational and leadership skills. You will be an individual who can translate strategy into actionable, deliverable plans.
