Your IT Department supports L3P

Massive thanks to the team at Your IT Department who are taking part in our Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge on the 24th September.

Company Director Craig Pearson, says:

“As somebody born and bred in the city I’ve always been aware of the work of Charity Link, and I’m happy I’ve managed to persuade, cajole, and downright lie to get so many of my colleagues to join in with the 3 Peaks challenge. Most of them still think it’s a pub crawl, they’re in for a shock!

In all seriousness though we’re all incredibly lucky, but it doesn’t take much to be in a position where you need the support of someone like Charity Link, especially with the current cost of living crisis. It’s a fantastic charity, providing practical support for the most vulnerable members of society and we’ve been overwhelmed with the generosity of clients, partners, friends and family with our fundraising. 

We know how well Charity Link do at maximising the donations so we know that the money we raise will make a real difference to the lives of people in Leicestershire and the East Midlands.”

Craig and the team- thanks to their generous supporters – have already raised over £1,600.
