Arlene’s story
Arlene had gone through an extremely tough time after being forced out of her home by a criminal gang.
Arlene was referred to us by a council advisor in need of support. Arlene had gone through an extremely difficult time. She had become homeless after being cuckooed by a criminal gang that took over her property and left her with few possessions. This had significantly impacted her mental health and she had been diagnosed with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. She was receiving support and had been allocated a tenancy but needed support to help her settle into the new property and rebuild her life. She had a small income to afford basic items but had no way to buy the essential items she needed. We were able to help provide Arlene with a bed, a cooker, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. Thank you for helping to make such a positive difference to her wellbeing.
